Beginning and Intermediate Floor Loom Weaving
Have fun learning to weave as you make hand woven greeting cards for personal use or for gifts. You will also create a notebook of samples for future use for other projects. This class will assist you in working toward a clear understanding of the weaving process. We will touch on all aspects of the craft of weaving. Returning students will have the option of a project of their own choosing or a class project.

Starter Class: Learn to Weave**
Learn to weave on a simple table-top rigid heddle loom. Complete a wool scarf, then learn fancy hand-manipulated techniques. This is a good introductory class if you have no weaving experience. To complete the project, students must work at home between classes.

Inkle Weaving
Inkle weaving is simple, fast, portable and fun. This is a good beginning weaving class in which you will weave a narrow band that can then be made into many different things such as a guitar strap, belt, bookmarks or even a small purse. Students will learn how to warp an inkle loom and weave.
Luxury Scarf in a Day - Weaving Introduction
Create a woven scarf in just a few hours. This introductory class will appeal to spinners, knitters, and crocheters who are interested in learning about weaving. Working on a simple table-top rigid heddle loom, use popular novelty yarns to weave a fashion accessory. |
